Refer to the video above.<br /><br />4. AlertPay will send an “activation link” to your email address. Click on the activation link in the email to activate your account.<br /><br />5. You will be forwarded to AlertPay's site and have to create a “Transaction PIN”. This PIN must be NUMERIC !!<br /><br />Congratulations ! You are done in Step 1.
